Activity Requirements

Due to the complexity of the activity, it is essential that the user of the jet skis meet certain requirements, one of the most important is to follow the instructions of the company's monitors or instructors.

DRIVERS MUST PRESENT ID CARD OR PASSPORT BEFORE BOARDING.
A license is not required to carry out jet ski excursions with a monitor, since our jet skis are limited to the maximum legal power allowed for such uses.
The minimum age to drive a jet ski is 18 years old. The minimum age to access the activity is 12 years accompanied by a legal guardian.
Eagerness and happiness is a must ;)

1. How do I get to Arenal?

You can arrive by bus (click the link to see how to get there from Palma Center). You can also drive, but keep in mind the traffic and finding parking in the area. We recommend to park around Son Veri Nou area.

2. How do I get to the boarding area?

Access is through the Arenal beach, right at the end of the beach, next to Club Nautico, look for our boarding office by the gates walking towards the sea.

3. Where can I leave my belongings when I enter the activity?

We have lockers divided by activity in a private area of the port, our team will instruct you.

4. Is it necessary to know how to swim?

Yes, it is required for this activity.

5. I don’t know how to swim, what activity can I do?

If you like speed, we recommend the Speed Boat. But if you want something quieter, we invite you to our Boat Tour and Catamaran.

6. Do I have to go to the activities with a document or passport?

Yes, it's mandatory because you must prove your age and sign a contract before starting. A photo of your ID is sufficient.

General conditions

Please arrive 20 minutes before the scheduled boarding time.
The client will forfeit the right to any claim, refund, or reimbursement if they do not appear at the meeting point at the indicated time on the day of the activity, or if they voluntarily leave the route once it has begun.

All activities are shared.

It is strictly forbidden to bring backpacks, mobile phones, glasses, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, etc., on board.
Swimming skills are required.
Beverages are not allowed on board.
The routes and schedules of the activities may be affected by weather and/or technical reasons, or even canceled, without any right to compensation.

Flexible Cancelation

The client can cancel his reservation up to 24 hours in advance.
The routes and schedules of the activities may be affected for meteorological and/or technical reasons, or even be suspended, without the right to any compensation.
The skipper of the boat will be the one who makes the decision to accept or reject the client for safety reasons in the activity (build/age, weather, disability or pregnancy).
